You know when someone tells you not to do something and it makes you want to do it even more than before? Well that’s the effect that Sweet Spirit’s song title ‘No Dancing’ will have on you. Although that task may be easier said than done as Sweet Spirit’s instrumentation leans off to the side of bubbling synths and reggaeton beat, so while you might be tapping to that punchy rhythm, you’ll not be entirely sure how else to move with the quirky number.
